Hi,
I have reported the issue upstream. I have the vague suspicion that the
migration to numpy 1.4.x might have caused the problem since it is
connected in time to the failure
Package: src:python-biom-format
Version: 2.1.6+dfsg-1
according to https://ci.debian.net/packages/p/python-biom-format/testing/amd64/
the autopkg tests are failing. Please could you fix these to avoid the extra ten
day delay for the python-defaults migration?
