I've upload version 3.0 to experimental/7. This changes the maintainer (to
the debian emacsen addons team), converts to a a dependency package.
Assuming this doesn't explode too badly, I'll work with bap to merge the
bbdb3 source package into this one, and presumably switch to dh-elpa.

rename bbdb3 to bbdb, thus effectively updating to current(ish)
