I think this is probably a bug in the lxc virt provider but I'm not
sure.  The failure occurs with the test suite from dgit 5.9+exp1,
which copies some non-world-readable files into
$AUTOPKGTEST_ARTIFACTS.

I will add an appropriate chmod a+r.
