I tried to install matrix-synapse on stretch (with stretch-backports)
but python-pysaml2 (>= 4.0.0) is not available.

(matrix-synapse : Depends: python-pysaml2 (>= 4.0.0) but 3.0.0-5 is to be 
installed)
