Yes. That is how I generated the git format-patch file.
If you can give me a couple of days I will look over the 8.3 man page
changes as well.

One suggestion you may want to decline, in dgit.7: "\`a la" instead of
"a la"; nroff/man on Debian does not form the grave accent correctly;
not sure why.
