Package: python3-lexicon Version: 3.0.8-1 Severity: important Tags: upstream
An update to the DNSimple API caused a bug in lexicon to go from technically-wrong-but-working to straight-up-broke. A minor patch ported from upstream will fix this problem, and unbreak the certbot plugin that depends on lexicon for its dnsimple support. I've verified with the upstream developers that there's no problem in cherry-picking just the patch back onto the version we have in buster. -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (900, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.19.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages python3-lexicon depends on: ii python3 3.7.2-1 ii python3-cryptography 2.6.1-3 ii python3-future 0.16.0-1 ii python3-requests 2.21.0-1 pn python3-tldextract <none> ii python3-yaml 3.13-2 Versions of packages python3-lexicon recommends: pn python3-boto3 <none> pn python3-softlayer <none> python3-lexicon suggests no packages.
