Package: qtqr
Version: 1.4~bzr21-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

Start qtqr and then upload a qr code image file (in my case .png file) and
click decode.

Nothing happens and an error message is printed on the terminal.

NotImplementedError: tostring() has been removed. Please call tobytes()
