ghc itself now Provides: the binaries previously built by
src:haskell-cabal, so this can be removed now.
Same for src:haskell-text src:haskell-stm src:haskell-parsec
src:haskell-mtl, all the Provided by ghc.
`dak rm` whines about broken build-depends, but I've checked all the
required packages, and they are provided using the proper version (I
mean, versioned provides) by ghc.
