I don't think we use to mirror the /srv/buildd.debian.org repository on
alioth.d.o as it contains some "private" data in the ssh-keys/ (IP
addresses from which debian-ports buildd are allowed to connect) and mail/
(email addresses used to forward buildd mail) directories.

OTOH, it's true that we used to mirror the other git we have (pgstatus,
wanna-build, wbpy, ...) on alioth and that's still to be done on salsa.
The opensource version of gitlab doesn't support mirroring, so we are
left with two options:
- Create a w-b role on alioth and use it to push change to salsa in a
  post-commit hook.
- Use salsa as the main repository and add a system to fetch those
  changes on wuiet. We probably want to allow only GPG signed changes
  like it's done for example for dak.
