Hello, I just checked that python-pcp has zero reverse build and binary dependencies, so it's fine to just drop it and thus fix this RC bug. If you don't have time, I'm happy to do an NMU for this (as cockpit maintainer I don't want cockpit to get dropped from testing due to pcp disappearing).
