Bug#938322: Python 2 support for Bullseye

When qtwebengine-opensource-src is removed a lot of packages will have a problem because they are not ready for qt6. Is it a bookworm release goal to remove the python2 interpreter also for packages that just build-depend on it? If so, the FreeBSD patch (or a backport from the qt6 package)
