Dear Maintainer,

currently it's impossible to reduce the CPU frequency (e.g. for thermal
management) on AM335x based boards like the BeagleBone Black when
running the Debian kernel. Please enable cpufreq support for those
boards. For starters enabling CONFIG_ARM_TI_CPUFREQ will be required;
not sure if other options are missing, too.
