Looks good, although of course it is working now.

Alas, I was missing a number of them so I don't know which was
the real culprit this time.

I cannot reproduce that locally (and error reporting in the builder
needs improvement). I used:

rm -rf debian/test-out/
t/bin/build-test-packages && t/bin/runtests

Did you install all the build dependencies added recently?

Here are some of them:

libpod-coverage-trustpod-perl
libnamespace-clean-perl
libclass-xsaccessor-perl
libberkeleydb-perl
libmldbm-perl

I can't seem to build the test packages at the locally. The legacy-foo++
test appears to failing for me:
