Bug#945454: elastix: FTBFS with current opencv and gdcm

2019-11-25 Thread Emmanuel Promayon

Dear Steve,

Thank you for this bug report.

After checking the build log you provided, I found the same CMake error
message as in #945453

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=945453

Therefore I think all packages that depends on insight-toolkit will fail
the same way due to bug #944636

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=944636

for which there is a fix waiting (if I understood correctly).

Kind regards,
Emmanuel

Bug#945454: elastix: FTBFS with current opencv and gdcm

2019-11-24 Thread Steve Langasek
Source: elastix
Version: 4.9.0-1
Severity: serious

Dear maintainers,

The elastix package is not buildable in unstable with the current opencv and
gdcm:

I see nothing in the cmake output that looks like an error to me, up until
the exit code, so I'm not sure what to make of this failure.

Please note that elastix has been removed from testing at some point,
allowing the new opencv + gdcm to transition there, but somehow this never
resulted in an RC bug filed against elastix.
