It was not the case until now but with the next upload (which will occur
in a few minutes) it will be possible (and this bug will also be closed
at the same time).

It is very probably a false positive due to a debconf question[1] raised
during the preinst script.
In presinst script[2], it is possible to completely abort the package
upgrade process to let the users backup their data (old database is not
compatible with the new database format).
I guess we could lower the severity?
What do you suggest to fix this bug?
