Hi,
I'm currently packaging the next major version of oasis3, and secondly
my key has expired so I can't upload for a few weeks
(Also I'm very busy untl Feb 8).
I think it would be best to remove oasis3 from testing for the netcdf
transition; it has no rdeps.
