Dear Maintainer,

According to the manpage, the split points should have the following syntax:

m:ss
m:ss.f
m:ss.nnn

When applying that to shnsplit, shnsplit will split the file at some point 
arount that time. After some searching I found this page:

When applying m:ss:fff it works.
