Hi,

The load_extension feature of sqlite3 searchs for the specified extensions
into the system's default path for shared libraries. But these extensions
shouldn't be installed into these paths because they are not system
libraries. As the Debian policy requests it, they should be installed into
/usr/lib/sqlite3 or /usr/lib/<arch-triplet>/sqlite3.

Then, it would be convenient to set the above paths as default search
locations for the extensions.

This way, the sqlite3-pcre extention could be loaded without specifying its
full path:
sqlite> .load pcre
sqlite>
