I don't think CTRL+S/scroll lock apply to bambam as such, because it's not
a terminal application.
However I agree it would be nice to restore prior condition on exit.

If the user types the scroll-lock key while in bambam, the terminal is not in a
frozen (e.g. Ctrl-S) state when the application exits.  However, if the user 
types the
caps-lock or num-lock keys, those key states remain active when the application
exits.
