Dear new Debian json-c maintainer,

It seems that the json-c upstream has just released v0.15:

Please consider packaging this new release.

I know that it sounds subtle to request upgrading to a new version just when
the v0.14 enters unstable, but I am really looking forward to keep up with the
pace of upstream.
