Bug#967986: hfsprogs: Removal of sys/sysctl.h

Package: hfsprogs Version: 332.25-11 Severity: important Hello, Version 2.32 of glibc will not ship the sysctl() function and the header any more. sysctl itself has been deprecated in Linux and will be removed. This package is using it, so will start FTBFS when we upload version 2.32 of glibc.
