Hi,
it is intended not to upgrade packages in Debian (10 Buster) stable.
Except optional backports.
However for Debian (11 Bullseye) testing and unstable LXQt should be upgraded,
at least before the upcoming freeze [1].
As mentioned in [2] LXQt Debian packages are currently unmaintained.
