Hi, Please package 0.30.0. This missing dependency blocks updating Elpy to the latest upstream version which is necessary to solve the Python 3.9 ftbfs. I've taken the liberty to update the package in git, because it is under Debian Python Team namespace, and the only outstanding issues I'm aware of are resolving #944241 and ensuring compliance with Policy 4.5.1.
