I found my mistake. The nextcloud desktop client was not running the
fist time I tried the extension. So I probably started it to check the
connection with the server, then I closed the window and didn't noticed
that the process was still running in background (there's no more
systray

I feel like the package 'nautilus-nextcloud' should have a dependency
