Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'buster'.
It installed fine in 'buster', then the upgrade to 'bullseye' fails.

This problem was observed by first performing 'apt-get upgrade' (which
upgrades psgml) followed by 'apt-get dist-upgrade' (which upgrades
emacs-gtk).
It does not happen if only 'apt-get dist-upgrade' is executed, i.e. both
packages are upgraded in one run.
--install-recommends was disabled during all these tests
