From a set bitlbee properly, run:
account facebook on

* What was the outcome of this action?

After connecting, I get: ERROR_QUEUE_OVERFLOW

* What outcome did you expect instead?

Should display the buddies list

Could you test version 1.2.2, as just uploaded?

Excellent news! It works fine now. Thanks for the update. The bug seems
to be fixed then

Best regards

Thanks.

Thank you for your reply.

I can't verify whether or not the plugin is actually broken because my
ordinary bitlbee server, and one I just set up on my laptop, are both
hitting this bug:
https://github.com/bitlbee/bitlbee-facebook/issues/105
https://github.com/bitlbee/bitlbee-facebook/issues/108

I'm downgrading the severity and dropping the 'forwarded' until someone
is able to confirm that the plugin is unusable and it is indeed the
upstream _OVERFLOW bug.

I might be wrong on that.

I was searching the BTS for bugs that should be RC but weren't.
While looking at upstream for this bug, I saw this upstream issue.

If the package is not generally broken and works for you,
feel free to lower the severity again.

If my guess on what upstream issue matches the problem was wrong,
please ignore it.

Hello Adrian,

Thanks for looking into this, but are you sure that [1] is this bug?
The original reporter saw the error ERROR_QUEUE_UNDERFLOW but [1] is
about ERROR_QUEUE-OVERFLOW.
