Bug#993087: gpaste: Not compatible with gnome-shell 3.38

I haven't tried the new version. I filed this bug based on this file only:

Looking a little closer, this file looks like the only thing that changed.

My guess is that enables the gear button in
gnome-shell-extension-prefs to work. But I think gpaste offers a
better way to access settings.

gir1.2-gtk-4.0 isn't yet in unstable but since gnome-shell 40 depends
on it, it will be in unstable soon and you probably don't even need to
depend on it directly.

I am using gnome-shell-extension-gpaste 3.40.2 and gnome-shell 3.38.6
for some minutes now. Clipboard history, navigation, shortcuts all work fine
at the moment.

I may be missing something, so i'll leave that bug open for the week-end.

gnome-shell 3.38 which is still in unstable and testing.
