That's true indeed, since this is just a rebuild of
the same source package as we had before,
without any source changes whatsoever.


Indeed, fixing this would be as simple as bringing over these two commits:

I updated the bugreport with this information.
Hopefully we can make an upload of 4.13 for bullseye

It is important to note that in this case the fix has been applied and
backported, so a backport to the debian package would be appropriate
(eg upstream-first has been followed).
