Thanks to the comments you asked for a try, I could find that portsentry
was listening to the port 143, thus preventing dovecot to install
completely.
Temporary stopping portsentry allows dovecot to fully install.
Re-starting portsentry after is OK too.

py3 versions don't install python(3)-cffi.
