Why? Well, if I start the computer and start LXDE, nm-applet says:
NetworkManager not running (however, it is running!).

I have decided to take the Ubuntu fixes for mozjs52 and turn them into a NMU. I
also ran into some issues
with the clean target while preparing the NMU so I fixed those too.
