My previous message appears to have not been sent successfully.
I removed all the udev overrides, rebuilt the initramfs, and rebooted. Now
udev-delta does not show any overrides. However, the problem of dropping
into emergency mode, and needing 'v

The problem is this line in /usr/share/sks/sks-build-db:
wget --quiet -recursive --no-parent --no-directories \
Which should be --recursive (two hyphens).
