Even if I add the lessdisks packages on a cd that is installable (like a
custom debian-edu-CD), I'm not able to install the lessdisks chroot from
the CD, unless I do a lot of things, like setting up a local http-apt

Package: thy
Version: 0.9.4-1
Severity: normal
When installed in a chroot, like with lessdisks, thy is started even if
a fake start-stop-daemon is set up or is diverted. This leaves a service
running from the chroot, even if steps are taken to prevent this
(diversion of start-stop-daemon).

Using only one volume group for lvm works nicely.
I've tested with the current debian-installer, just added the
debian-edu-udeb's.
I dont have a syslog from the debian-installer availible, I guess that
one was removed from the new debian-installer.

When setting up lessdisks, it automaticly adds a lessdisks group. Is there a
reason why this group is not a system group ?
I would have liked it better to use the --system switch to addgroup.

Norwegian uses , as decimal sign, and if you use the numeric keybad,
you get this where you in a US-keyboard get a .. This means that you
cant use only the numeric keypad to enter the numbers, you also have to
switch to the alphanumeric keyboard.

If we agree that SLBackup should run on the machine were the backup is
stored, slbackup will not be able to stop and databases, dump them and
then start them again, and will need a separate cronjob on each of the
machines it runs on.
Would it
not be as usefull then, but I do
think(hope) that we will solve this before etch is frozen

I guess autopartkit needs a rewrite

When trying to rebuild apt in a etch-installed laptop, I find that
even though dpkg-buildpackage is satisfied with the build dependencies,
it fails during build because of missing autoconf.
apt-get install autoconf seems to help

Looks like new upstream fixes these bugs:
#363704 - I've not been able to crash gq 1.0rc1 by clicking in the gui
#245458 - Renaming an entry seems to work

If you for any reason have some other firewall rules on a server were
debian-edu-config is installed, the script enable-nat will most likely flush
your natting rules.
The best way to avoid this is to add an empty

in the file
