Hi
I am not the original reporter of this bug, but my system has the same
symptoms. I have tried the suggestions from message #20 an the result
is that the system now starts as it should and now I see the problem
described in #731556. I use systemd as my PID 1.

Downgrading libsisu-guice-java to version 3.1.1+dfsg-1 makes Maven work again.

I have encountered this problem using awscli-1.11.117.
Upgrading to awscli-1.11.132 didn't help.
Downgrading python3-requests to version 2.12.4-1 fixed the issue for me.
