Personally I don't think so, apt-get and aptitude still will install
postgresql per default as it's recommended, but I won't argue
(GIS
qgis-plugin-grass recommends no packages.

* commenting out everything in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/10apt-listbugs
* installing ruby (which switches to 1.9).

What is the specific problem in upgrading this? The current version has
a rather serious bug, fixed upstream[0].

a sync with my google calendar, CPU jups at 100% forever, and icedove is
not responding, apparently syncing.
