Program seems to be operating normally but roughly 2/3 to 3/4 through
encoding it seems to cease encoding. The CPU usage of the thoggen
process drops from > 90% to < 2%. The process status moves to "sleep"

I have finished encoding a different DVD - the same issue appears at the
very end of the title. In actuality it seems it "over-encoded" the end
of the title by several seconds. Turning off the option to delete
incomplete encodings and canceling the encoding process yielded a
seemingly flawless .ogg
The problem seems to be media-specific - other DVDs are working fine.
