No, unrar-free is not abandoned. It just lacks the ability to decompress
rar 2.9 format.
Currently it only can decompress the rar come from DOS-era.

It is an easy fix which would at least unblock tracker-0.10 to be in

Thanks for the bug report.
This is due to oauth-async tries to access some site on internet.
We should avoid using that kind of test.
I've found that Ubuntu already has the patch and I'll just merge it.
