simple, adding libopenssl-dev to B-D solves the problem, but this
leads to another problem, because of this an exception on debian/copyright may
be needed, I sent an email to upstream to confirm this first, and then upload a
new revision with this problem solved.

See above. It would actually be nice if newer versions could be looked at
before filing bugs on old ones. And since that upload above Libreoffice *is*
available on riscv64.
