As you write yourself, librust-async-std-dev depends on
librust-async-io-2+default-dev which is missing from loong64:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=rust-async-io
The problem is not in src:rust-async-std but in the (build of)
src:rust-async-io.
