gnome-shell was updated to 48.1 in Debian Testing today. After
installing updates, logging out and logging back in, are you still
experiencing this issue?

If you are still experiencing this issue, please also provide more
info about your graphics hardware and drivers.

The Digital Wellbeing features are provided by gnome-shell even though
it can be configured from gnome-control-center.
