However, before accepting it, I have been asked me to
clarify who owns the copyright.

The copyright is owned by The Trustees of Columbia University in the
City of New York and the years of the copyright are 2002-2005. I've
added snippets to the code to make that clear.
I will release CUFlow 1.7 shortly, which will include these changes.
