I didn't get around to do this yet - any help on this would certainly be appreciated. So if somebody would extract the patch from ubuntu, test it on the Debian package and attach it to the BTS this would certainly speed up things. For whatever reason I never got Jerry's mail from the BTS so I didn't know there's a patch available to fix this, I'll have a look...
