Hello, Reinhard Please update the documentation for the wpasupplicant package. This is a bug in wpasupplicant. The same behavior can be found in openSuSE 10.2, too. I have made some tests with the ap-scan and scan-ssid options before. The results can be found in this bug report. Regards
