I'm seeing more and more attacks of this kind on all of my machines running linux-igd.
They are firewalled manually in this case, but others may not know to do this, and expect linux-igd to NOT listen on the external interface at all.
Given the recent increase in SSDP DDoS attacks, it would be a very good
idea to fix this bug.
