after upgrade sid when I reboot the system I had error with 
vmlinuz-2.6.32-5-amd64 not file found.
I edit the menu and changed /boot with (hd0,1) and the problem is solved.
my particions are:
 (hd0,1) -> /boot
 (hd0,2) -> swap
 (hd0,3) -> /
