really considered experimental and not just because of the freeze in
experimental.
during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install. As
per definition of the release team this makes the package too buggy for
a release, thus the severity.
The culprit was a non-versioned dependency.
invoke-rc.d: unknown initscript, /etc/init.d/xymon-client not found.

chown: invalid user: 'xymon:xymon'
The according init script and adduser command is in xymon-client, but
only in version 4.3.7-1 and above. According to the log, xymon-client
4.3.0~beta2.dfsg-9.1 from Sid has been installed.
The fix for that is already in the git repo for a while:

Guess I should upload another WIP package to experimental soonish to
fix all the known issues.
