The wmforecast.svg file shipped by this package states:

which is no DFSG-free license. Please contact upstream about this, maybe they
can relicense the file. Otherwise we can not safely distribute it with Debian.

The icon author agreed to relax the license to CC-BY-SA prior to the
release of version 0.7, but apparently the xml data in the file itself
never got changed. Thanks for pointing this out!
This has now been fixed and a new upstream version released. It should
be uploaded to Debian soon.
