so what about you report the FULL traceback you have?

at the moment, you are not providing a useful service, just wasting my

In the Traceback you see the latest version of line 362 of 
/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/reportbug/utils.py

Apparently reportbug fails to parse information about conffiles that are 
marked as obsolete:
