I no longer have an interest in maintaining ttytter, so I'm orphaning the
package.

Of course I hope someone will pick this package up and migrate it to
Oysttyer. However, in the unfortunate event that that should not happen, I
believe it's not right to ship buster with TTYtter in current form. So to
ensure this does not happen I'm raising to this to serious.
