Bug#837449: brightness not properly reset after suspend
Package: gnome-power-manager Version: 3.21.91-1 Since recent updates on Debian/sid the brightness is not properly reset on resume after suspend or at boot time. That is, the brightness is always reset to its maximum value. Am fully up-to-date on Debian/sid. Let me know if you need more information.
